In rap, for every mention of Rolls-Royce, there are two mentions of Cadillac. Though America’s original luxury brand is most famous for the Escalade, Caddy also makes solid crossovers.
Take the XT4. Not just a prettier Chevy Equinox, this ~$40k CUV does everything right; it’s quick, comfortable, spacious and utterly envy-inducing. I can wholeheartedly recommend the Sport trim. Not only does it add “Diamond Cut” wheels and sleek carbon fiber interior elements; it’s the only trim that can be optioned up with adaptive dampers for a firmer, sportier ride.
Blinged out, well-rounded and affordable, the baby Escalade deserves a look.
