My Favorite Bath in Bath, England

by Mary Charlebois
bathroom Three Abbey Green

For centuries, people have gone to Bath for the Roman baths. I found a B&B with a bathroom the Romans would have approved.

The marble room was an exquisite mini-spa. A large soaker tub, steam shower and mood lighting took me to a happy place after a day of cobblestones and crowds. Three Abbey Green is a 17th-century lodging on a quiet auto-and-tourist-free square. Breakfast is cooked to order with exceptional scones and muffins.

Only a three-minute walk to the Cathedral, baths, shopping and pubs, I felt miles away from the tourist throngs.
