In 2004 a neurosurgeon in Atlanta put one inflatable in his yard during the holidays. Now every year his entire yard is covered with dozens of colorful Christmas and Hanukkah inflatables. It’s become a holiday tradition for hundreds of families, including ours.
Holiday traditions around the world are fascinating, like the Japanese eating KFC, covering a Christmas tree in Urkraine with spider webs and La Befana in Italy, a kind witch who brings presents. Then there’s the scary goat/demon Krampus who hauls bad kids in Germany to the underworld.
